Yuuki Yamaka was charged in local court Tuesday for touching a woman at a Tumon night club, court documents state.
Yamaka, 31, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct as a misdemeanor and harassment as a petty misdemeanor, according to a magistrate's complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam Tuesday.
Incident at The Globe
On Monday, officers responded to a criminal sexual conduct complaint at The Globe nightclub in Tumon around 12:46 a.m., documents state.
Officers met with a woman who said a Japanese man unknown to her had approached her on the dance floor and asked her to dance, but she signaled no by crossing her hands in front of her chest, the complaint states.
Woman reports being touched 3 times
While the woman was dancing with her friend, Yamaka allegedly reached for her genital area, documents state.
He touched her genital area over her clothing three times, documents state.
The woman went to security for help, the complaint states.
